No complaints whatsoever, I would recomand this place and would have stayed for longer. Exceptional hotel overall, is has good service and handy location opposite the main station. The food is excellent with lots of options, including pastries and bacon.

It was great value among other available hotels in Genoa. The hotel was stylish with well-appointed rooms and I liked excellent co-operating staff. Breakfast was exceptional, so much to pick from. Interesting interior, great restaurant.

The property was satisfying, the staff was service-oriented, everything else was lovely too. I liked the room, it was lovely romantic and decent. The cool drinks in rooftop bar were very welcome. Had no problem using their free parking, the internet was excellent. I would recommend this facility to all.

The weather was warm sunny, had luxury stay. The first 5 star hotel where everything was fine and overall clean. Carpeted, vibrant room with stylish Art Deco furnishings, a balcony and beautiful view. Its staff was discreet & ideal.

Nothing too much trouble, I totally recommend, I loved it. Efficient staff and absolutely charming accommodation. The airport was 0.5 miles away from here, peaceful location. Luxurious, big room with refreshments and comfy bed too. Had hot drinks in the roof top bar.

I had a really unforgettable stay and would stay here again! Really handy location, popular hotel, fine food. The breakfast included bacon, cheese and pastries, the fee was usd 16 per person per day. There were tea/coffee and cell in the room, loved that.

Our stay here was really comfortable, excellent base for exploring Genoa. The garden was small, ideal location. Room had a modern bathroom that we liked. The staff was welcoming and everything was so perfect. Service was exceptional there too.

Staff and views were okay, the staff were eager to help. Lovely beds and coffee, climate control and flat-screen TV. I loved nearby Bar Cavo, they make nice coffee. It was a fantastic stay, you could leave a car on-site.

The location was very pleasant, the room was clean with a gorgeous view. It was a VERY QUIRKY hotel in a local area. Enormous, comfortable bedroom. Breakfast was outstanding, variety of reasonably priced food.
Wi-fi was very poor.

Best staff plus the breakfast was MARVELLOUS. Hotel's barman is one of the top employees! Bed and pillows were good, and the room itself was amazing. The fact that it was minute walk from principe metro station. Moreover, free WiFi was provided.
